Off Main Brewing is an award-winning independent boutique craft brewery with a mobile taproom that serves custom craft beer, wine and handmade cocktails for private and community events. Off Main Brewing believes in building upon craft beer’s historic legacy while reimagining the taproom experience.

What is the boutique brewery tap trailer?

The Off Main Brewing boutique brewery tap trailer is one-of-a-kind. We converted a horse trailer to bring the best of the brewery to you – in style. It comes equipped with 8 taps that can be customized to your tastes, a TV for slideshows and videos and provides a fun backdrop for all your priceless photos.

 

Where are you located?

We are headquartered in Kerrville, TX and have a small production facility in Hunt, TX.

 

Where is your taproom?

Our mobile taproom allows us to bring the craft beer taproom to you! It’s our pleasure to serve at a variety of private events, such as weddings, bridal showers, baby showers, graduation parties, open houses, tailgates, homegates, birthday parties, retirement parties,  family reunions, bachelor and bachelorette parties, neighborhood block parties, holiday parties, office parties, gender reveals, team building events and much more!

When should I book my date?

In short, we recommend reserving your special date as soon as possible. This is for three reasons:

1. We custom brew the beer for your event in small batches. And if you know anything about beer, you know it takes time to do its magical fermentation thing. For that reason, 6-8 weeks minimum is recommended if you plan on a custom brew.

2. There is only one boutique brewery taproom, which means once it is booked for an event date, the tap trailer is no longer available that day. Due to the amount of inquiries we receive and exclusive nature of the boutique brewery taproom, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve the trailer for your date and time. This deposit will go towards your final payment.

3. We will need to file the permit paperwork ahead of time so we don't run into any issues at the party.

 

What services do you provide?

Unlike other boozy trailer rentals, we brew our own Texas craft beer! Lucky for you, this means we can work with you to develop a custom brew for your special event or you can choose from our wide selection of balanced recipes that are sure to be crowd-pleasers. We also can tap champagne, wine and house-made cocktails.

Best of all, we take the stress out of your big day – and make it fun! When you work with us, you get a TABC certified bartender, set up, clean up, 4 custom taps, drinkware. We also offer stylish add-ons like balloons, florals, custom neon signs for photo ops and more.

 

When you book with Off Main Brewing, you’ll enjoy:

• A completely custom taproom lineup, consisting of Independent Texas craft beer, wine, champagne and cocktails (we’ll work with you to create something your guests will be talking about for years to come!)

• 3 hours of bar service (supplement charge for extra hours is available)

• a minimum of 2 TABC certified bartenders so you don’t have to stress about your heavy-handed uncle pouring drinks or the youngsters trying to sneak a cold one

• 8 taps to fill with whatever tickles your fancy. Afterall, it’s your taproom. You call the shots.

• A 32" TV that can play photo slideshows, videos, live TV, sporting events, menu board and more.

• Unlimited recyclable acrylic glassware. You don’t want your guests accidentally dropping a glass and ruining the dance floor

• All barware and tools

• Fresh squeezed juices, mixers and garnishes for all cocktails

• Ice for cocktails

• Set up, take down, and clean up. Our goal is to help you have a stress-free blasty-blast.

• We can also provide our own power via generators

 

Do you have a liquor license?

We sure do! It’s one of the things that make Off Main Brewing special. Beer cocktail, anyone?

 

Do you brew your own beer?

Absolutely! We are a certified Independent craft brewery and member of the Texas Craft Brewers Guild. Our beer is currently brewed out of a small production facility in the Texas Hill Country.

 

Can I request a specific beer to be brewed for my event?

Of course you can! Working with each client to design and craft the perfect beer for their event is one of our most favorite parts of the business. Please keep in mind that just as your event is unique to you, each beer is unique in its own amazing way. This means that some brews may take longer to complete the brewing lifecycle and may cost more depending on the ingredients used. We will walk you through this process to ensure the timeline and budget are met and your special brew is ready for your big day!

If I rent the boutique tap trailer for an event, can I fill the taps with any beverage?

Yes! We will work with you to design the perfect bar menu for your event, so all you have to do is enjoy the party. Our taps can accommodate craft beer, wine, champagne and cocktails.

We love all kinds of parties! Whether you are looking for an unforgettable and fun experience for your wedding, bridal shower, birthday or corporate event, we’ve got your back.

How much does it cost to have the Off Main Brewing boutique tap trailer at my event?

First off, thank you for your interest in our mobile taproom! As you’ve probably gathered by now, we work with you to customize the taproom to fit your unique theme, tastes and budget. The total cost is dependent upon length of event, beverage selection and custom add-ons. Packages start at $1,500 with the average base package totaling $3,000. We work with you and your budget to ensure you don’t spend more than you need to while still delighting your guests with a memorable, fun brewery experience.  

 

Can I rent your trailer for photo sessions?

What event venues do you work with?

We can work with all kinds of event venues. As long as we’re able to position and transport the mobile tap trailer, we are flexible.

 

What areas of Texas do you serve?

Can I create a custom cocktail menu?

Absolutely! We encourage it. We will work together to create your ideal menu and then do all the ordering and kegging for you. All you need to do is show up in your party shoes and enjoy!
