It’s Sunday Funday – but the stakes are higher. Join The Sunday Funday League at Off Main Brewing for some friendly competition, and lots of hops and dreams!
Teams of 1-4 are invited to sign up for only $15 per person. With your signup, you'll get a cool glass that will make your beer look like a winner, and it will get you a $5 beer for your liquid fuel on game days during the season. You'll need all the fuel you can get if you want to score points and claim brew-tiful victories.
Don't worry, you don't have to be a pro athlete or trivia master to join, as long as you have a team of 1 to 4 players, or as we like to call it, a small but mighty beer-d of competitors. Whether we’re playing trivia, corn hole, or a custom-made beerlympic event, you'll have a blast with your buds and make memories that will last longer than the beer keg.
And speaking of kegs, when you win the league, you'll get the ultimate prize - a personalized growler! That's right, you'll be able to pour your favorite Off Main beer straight from the source, with your name or your team's name engraved on it, and impress all your drinking buddies. Plus, you'll also get $50 gift certificates for each member of your team, and a trophy that's so cool, it's practically begging to be Instagrammed.
But let's not forget the most important part of The Sunday Funday League - the good times! You'll meet new friends, bond with old ones, and cheers to your successes and failures, as long as you do it responsibly and with good sportsmanship. After all, as the saying goes, it's not whether you win or lose, it's how you beer the game.
So, save the date, August 20th, and join us for the schedule release party, where you'll get to register for the Sunday Funday League and enjoy some brews. Then, get ready for 15 weeks of beer and fun, starting on August 27th and ending on December 3rd. Do I have to attend Sunday Funday each week?
While you're not required to attend each week, points are awarded for showing up. Each week your team will be scored on completeness of team representation and whether or not a victory was had.
What are the games played? The full schedule will be released at the Schedule Release Party on Sunday, August 20th. It will be a mix of trivia, cornhole, beerlympics and whatever other fun things come to mind.
How will points be tracked?
Each Sunday during the Sunday Funday League season, you will need to inform your server of your team's name. Your presence and win (if you're the day's winner) will be marked in our official scorebook.
What if I didn't have a chance to join on Sunday, August 20th? Can I still participate?
Absolutely! Because scoring is a blend of attendance and wins, you're able to jump in at any time and have decent odds at claiming championship.
